Course Access Issues
Participants have six months of access to their course from the date of enrolment. You'll need to enter a PIN when accessing each module for the first time. Please note that your access will automatically expire after the six-month period.
Loading Problems

If you encounter loading issues, try the following steps:

Your Progress Isn't Saved
Occasionally, you might find that your progress isn't saved. This can happen if you clear your browser's cache, switch browsers, or use a different device. But don’t worry—this is by design!
Here's why: We've prioritised privacy in our courses, which means we don’t track your activities or collect your personal data. This differs from typical Learning Management Systems (LMS) that monitor completion rates for employees.

While this means you might need to find your place again occasionally, it also ensures your learning journey stays completely private. To backtrack, use the menu to navigate to where you left off.
